YOUR VENDOR FEE PROVIDES YOU WITH:
Display Space
- Display area will be set up and ready on day of conference at 7:30 a.m.
- One skirted table
- Three chairs
- One trash can
- Internet Connection is available for an additional charge from the hotel
- 2 paid registrations for the conference
- Please register on-line www.cacoop.org
- Email the name and title of the two people who will staff your booth to bpowell@tehamaschools.org .
Name badges may be picked up at the Co-op registration table.

The California Co-op Association has negotiated a special reduced rate at the Embassy Suites. For more information see General Information on the website.
Contact the Hotel directly to reserve your room(s). Be sure to request the group rate for California Co-op Directors Association.
Your registration includes being listed as a vendor in the California Co-op Directors program packets for attendees at the conference
Insurance:
All exhibiting vendors shall maintain in full force and effect adequate bodily injury personal liability and property damage insurance. Neither California Co-op Directors nor the facility maintain insurance covering vendor’s property and it is the sole responsibility of the vendor to obtain such insurance.
