If you have flexibility and put that money into a restricted fund, do you have to follow those requirements of that program?

Is there a time line for plan to use flex provisions?

How will Co-op Directors advise Dist. to make the right decision?

Supplemental counseling funds in small districts that Dist might want to roll over - who decides sup & bd needs to approve?

Meeting w/leg rep. What to say?

If there are some compliance issues regarding SSC, do we really need to fix compliance?

If you flex BTSA does it take away the requirements? How will collective bargaining influence this? Are we taking away the funding for all these new teachers?

If you are taking off restrictions on the monies, does that also take off the time restrictions?

Is 'safety money' going to be impacted?
